Cofounder, President, Co-CEO Deborah has worked with Doc Childre since 1987. Dr. Rozman has twenty years of experience as a psychologist, educator, author, editor and business executive. At HeartMath, she has been overseeing operations and strategic implementation to achieve business goals. Prior to her work at HeartMath she was EVP of a biotech firm from 1981 to 1987, and managed 90 employees through the company's rapid growth, going from $3 million in sales to $17 million in 9 months. She is also a psychologist and author with numerous publications, and a key spokesperson on HRV, stress, education and performance. |

Officer, EVP of Marketing Harald has 30 years of experience in engineering, business development, marketing and business management. He served in senior management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Apple Computer, Inc. While at Apple, Harald lead the worldwide launch of Apple's online community eWorld He is also a founder and principal of Windholm Partners, a consulting firm serving clients in defining and executing business, marketing and product strategies with clients including Sony Business Development (Europe). He was also cofounder and COO of Extracents Corporation, a startup in financial services serving banks. |
