Over the last 15 years Doc has headed the nonprofit
Institute of HeartMath, and the subsequent for-profit
HeartMath LLC. Doc has 15 years experience in developing
and introducing new concepts and inner technologies
into numerous markets. He built HeartMath using empirical
market research and market tests (for which HeartMath
earned training, coaching and consulting revenues)
in health care, business, personal development, education,
military and government channels between 1990 and 2000,
achieving a high level of credibility and influence
among thought leaders in each of these markets. |

Deborah Rozman, Ph. D.,
Cofounder, President, Co-CEO
Deborah has worked with Doc Childre since 1987. Dr. Rozman has twenty years
of experience as a psychologist, educator, author, editor and business executive.
At HeartMath, she has been overseeing operations and strategic implementation
to achieve business goals. Prior to her work at HeartMath she was EVP of
a biotech firm from 1981 to 1987, and managed 90 employees through the company's
rapid growth, going from $3 million in sales to $17 million in 9 months.
She is also a psychologist and author with numerous publications, and a key
spokesperson on HRV, stress, education and performance. |

Harald Striepe, Chief Technology
Officer, EVP of Marketing
Harald has 30 years of experience in engineering, business development, marketing
and business management. He served in senior management positions at Digital
Equipment Corporation and Apple Computer, Inc. While at Apple, Harald lead
the worldwide launch of Apple's online community eWorld He is also a founder
and principal of Windholm Partners, a consulting firm serving clients in
defining and executing business, marketing and product strategies with clients
including Sony Business Development (Europe). He was also cofounder and COO
of Extracents Corporation, a startup in financial services serving banks. |

Keith Corbin, Chief Operating
Officer, Chief Financial Officer
Keith has over 25 years of experience in both financial and operational management.
He has a proven track record of building strong financial organizations,
managing acquisitions, raising venture capital, leading and completing IPO's
and creating strategic vision to drive growth. His background includes such
blue chip firms as Hall Kinion & Associates, Adia International (now Fortune
Global 500 Adecco), American Can Company and Big Five Deloitte & Touche.
Throughout his career he has been a leader and strategic contributor adept
at raising capital, building infrastructure, streamlining operations, improving
performance, generating revenue and increasing profits. |
